At a moment when our economy is growing, our businesses are creating jobs at the fastest pace since the 1990s, and wages are starting to rise again, we have to make some choices about the kind of country we want to be.
Will we accept an economy where only a few of us do spectacularly well? Or will we build an economy where everyone who works hard has a chance to get ahead?
That was the focus of my State of the Union Address-middle-class economics. The idea that this country does best when everyone gets their fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. This week, I will send a budget to Congress that's built on those values.
We'll help working families' paychecks go farther by treating things like paid leave and child care like the economic priorities that they are. We'll offer Americans of every age the chance to upgrade their skills so they can earn higher wages, with plans like making two years of community college free for every responsible student. And we'll keep building the world's most attractive economy for high-wage jobs, with new investments in research,infrastructure,manufacturing, and expanded access to faster internet and new markets. We can afford to make these investments.
Since I took office, we've cut our deficits2 by about two-thirds-the fastest sustained deficit1 reduction since just after the end of World War II. We just have to be smarter about how we pay for our priorities, and that's what my budget does.
It proposes getting rid of special interest loopholes in our tax code, and using those savings3 to cut taxes for middle-class families and reward businesses that invest in America. It refuses to play politics with our homeland security, and funds our national security priorities at home and abroad.
And it undoes4 the arbitrary, across-the-board budget cuts known as "the seq
quester5" for our domestic priorities, and matches those investments dollar-for-dollar in resources our troops need to get the job done.
Now, I know that there are Republicans in Congress who disagree with my approach. And like I said in my State of the Union Address, if they have ideas that will help middle-class families feel some economic security, I'm all in to work with them.
But I will keep doing everything I can to help more working families make ends meet and get ahead. Not just because we want everyone to share in America's success-but because we want everyone to contribute to America's success. That's the way the middle class thrived in the last century-and that's how it will thrive again.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Global citizenship, from my point of view, is a kind of responsibility, a way of behaving, under the tide of globalization.
Since China has been a member of WTO for 6 years, great changes have taken place around us. It’s no wonder that global citizenship deeply affected contemporary Chinese people. As far as the globalization is concerned, we’ll easily find that all the citizens around the world are in the same huge family-----the earth. Good afternoon. Ladies and Gentlemen,
Today I will say something about my family love.
I remember when I was younger. My family lived a simple life. We weren't wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, but we were content with what we had.
Our first vehicle was an old broken-down bicycle. It provided us with transportation on many enjoyable weekends and holidays. Mom sat on the back while Dad pedaled. I, a mere toddler at the time, rode on the bar in front of him. It didn't matter where we were going as long as we were going there together.
Not long after that, my family moved to Hainan. Relying on my parents, courage and persistence, they started their own business. As a result, we were soon able to replace the bike with a new car. So we could travel further on our excursions. Our family's happy laughter filled the car as we traveled to many distant locations in China. Many years have gone by since those happy days, but we're still as close as ever.
Recently, the airplane has become our mode of transportation as we venture beyond the confines of China to see the world. We were able to experience firsthand the uniqueness of Amsterdam, the romance of Paris, and the elegance of Vienna. But yet, such fantastic sites were nothing compared to the love of our family.
Time goes by swiftly, and everything is changing all the time.Yet the love existing in my family always remains. It is the source of our happiness; It,s the source of all of our ideals: confidence, courage, and faith. But it goes so much deeper than that; it warms our very hearts. So I will acclaim for the eternal and awesome love in my family and let it go on forever!

在那不久后，我们全家搬到了海南，凭着父母的勇气与执着不懈的努力，他们在自己的事业上很快有了出色的成绩。因此，不久后父母就将原本的脚踏车换成了一辆崭新的小课车，于是，我们就开始了长距离的旅途，在周游中国的同时，快乐的笑声总是充满着整个温馨的车厢。而那些日子虽然已经过去了很久，但是我们还是像以前那样亲密无间。
后来，在我们迈出中国游览世界的时候，飞机又成了我们的新型交通工具。我们全家一起感受阿姆斯特丹的奇异，巴黎的浪漫与维也纳的典雅。但是所有令人心动的景色都不可与旅途中我们全家浓浓的亲情相提并论。

Needless to say. Till now， we have used two sevenths of the preparationtime. How much changes have you seen? New roads， new subway lines，public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors， large blocks of grassfields， and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction. Other than those， there are even more good effects brought to us by
theOlympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example， more and more peoplewill get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attractthem strongly. And the games will also do good to the economy and environment，for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness ofenvironmental protection is being strengthened.
