Time flies like an arrow before we realize it .It is known that nothing is more precious than time. The good old proverb "time is money" reminds us that time is valuable. When time goes by, it will never return. However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting, playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.
The more we are aware of the significance of this famous saying, the more benefits we will get in study or job.
Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.
First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it’s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don’t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You’ll find you have more time to do the things you want.
In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

此刻许多青年人，找不到工作，就天天在外面喝酒寻乐，或是呆在家里无所事事，明明已经成年，还是给父母增加了许多负担，这些人一不留意就掉进了犯罪的深渊，成为社会的“危险人群”。这些人往往有一种“明天再说”的想法，认为自己此刻还年轻，先尽情享乐，过几年再思考工作。最终明日复明日，明日成蹉跎。一个“这天”值两个“明天”，当日事当日做，把什么事都放到明天的人，最终什么事都干不成。
有时我总会抱怨时间不够用，许多要干的事都没有干，但是真的怪时间吗?它就像海绵里的水，只要愿挤，总还是有的。归根结底是自己不抓紧它，杰弗逊说得好：“从不浪费时间的人，没有工夫抱怨时间不够。”当你愁眉不展的时候，时间从你的.抱怨中跳过，我很欣赏朱自清先生在《匆匆》里对时间的这一说法。时间就像铁面无私不动感情的一个老人，不会因你的任何举动停住脚步，它只会对你的虚度光阴抱以轻蔑的一笑，然后轻轻越过。对一个人来说，时间就是生命，时间有限，当失去它时，生命也走到了尽头。
你是想把它当作日历一天天撕去，到最后只留下一个生了锈的日历夹吗?人活着是要实现价值的，为什么有些人生命的。
价值大、有些人生命的价值小呢?仔细看一看吧，他们的一生都做了什么。有些人的一生在不断完成那些有好处的事，那么他的价值在学习工作中就体现出来了，只有做的事越多，做的越好，生命的价值就越大;反之，一个人不断地浪费时间，他的生命价值就会少得可怜。你热爱生命吗?那么就请珍惜时间，正因时间是组成生命的材料。
