食品安全英文演讲稿(精选6篇)
Not long ago。 Sanlu milk powder incident once again draw the attention of food safety issues。 Why food safety is always at risk? I think there are probably two reasons。 For onr thing, the illegal business add a number of unsafe things into the food driven by the interests。 For another thing, the country's regulatory regime is inadequate, so that criminals can take advantage of the opportunity。
Food safety is very important。 If you eat unsafe food, the consequences would be unthinkable。 Therefore, we should take some measures to prevent unsafe food。
First of all, the government should strengthen supervision and improve the law to punish illegal food manufacturers。 furthermore, when consumers buy food should depends on its production date and shelf-life。 In short, to solve the food security issues need a long way to go, it needs the joint efforts of all sides。
In recent years, China’s food industry occurs security issus frequently, which makes people worried and lose confidence。 Food safety, related to the people’s health, safety and healthy development of economy, is the major issue of national stability and social development。 Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 20__, the entire society increasingly concerned about food safety issue。 It was in this context that the food safety issue was referred to an unprecedented level。
There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process, adding toxic substances, excessive use of food additives, abusing of chemical additives and so on。 There are many reasons to cause this problem, and regulators, producers and even consumers share responsibilities。 The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues。
Over the past couple of years, several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various media. The problem of food security has become a hot button across society. The prevalence of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health, which the government could not afford to ignore.
Leather milk, substandard milk powder, illegal cooking oil exposed in recent years. It’s greatly influence our live.
There are a couple of driving forces, I would argue, behind this undesirable tide. First, in the course of the rapid economic evolution, we ignore moral education, giving rise to the rising rate of the problem. More importantly, the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend.
In fact, the poisonous food associated with Japan. In China, a variety of pesticides, antibiotics, antibiotics are from Japan. In a manner of speaking, the problem of Chinese food should be attributed to Japan.
In 1990s, Japanese companies were optimistic about Chinas cheap labor and the huge market potential. And then the Japanese companies have entered China with the tide of reform and opening up. In 1980s, Japan began to surge in Chinas pesticide export. In 1984, export volume had reached 26.5 billion yen. It’s irresponsible that Japanese companies take pesticides and antibiotics to China. In addition, Japan did not give a detailed description of the pesticides.
Our country also make a list of healthy food additives and some law about it. However, many food manufacturers do not obey it and use lots of illegal food additives .These food additives are harmful to our body .For example, sanlu milk powder is added in illegal chemicals. If babies eat it, they will get gallstone disease. Another hot button is illegal cooking oil. Many restaurants use the illegal cooking oil to reduce the cost so they can get more profits .However, the illegal cooking oil contains a large of chemicals that will cause cancer .So it is very terrible.
I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed. Though many other countries, even countries like the U.S. and Japan, have also experienced food safety crises in some periods of their development, maybe none of them has witnessed food safety problems on such a large scale and during such a long period of time. Actually, problematic food products had been with us for quite a long time before we realized them and almost no single food or even drink can be claimed absolutely safe. Flours may contain too much chemicals like brightener that can turn them into the desirable color; meat might have been produced by animals that have consumed chemicals to add to the red part of meat; vegetables may have too much remnants of pesticides on their leaves; even milk and other beverages may have in them poisonous chemicals to make them smell flagrant and tasty.
There is no denying the fact that food safety is a grave problem with which this country is confronted. A joke goes that everyone who can survive in China can
survive in any other part of the world, which means that the test one faces in China in terms of food safety is the gravest in the world. The most notable instance might be the notorious San Lu milk powder scandal which has drawn considerable publicity in the past months. Causing kidney stones among thousands of infants and deaths of some of them, the milk powder containing overdose melamine is but one example of numerous substandard food products in this country. While blaming those wrongdoers and sympathizing those victims, we must examine the fundamental causes of the problem and work out effective solutions.
Why are substandard food products so rampant in China? Poor supervision and law enforcement might be the leading reason. Actually, we do have such departments as the bureau of food safety supervision and administration and the bureau of industry and commerce in various levels of the government, but are they really functioning or fulfilling their duties? The answer is most possibly no. We do not have to go to factories or markets to check their performance.
We only need to go and have a look at those restaurants to know that those bureaus are not working. I believe that every one of us has noticed that tableware is not properly sanitized in some restaurants but no one says or does anything about that phenomenon.
Truly, some will condemn those manufacturers as immoral and profit-hunting, but it is nothing to blame for an enterprise to go after returns within the limit of law and almost all companies will take the risk if the cost of producing substandard food is as low as it used to be.
We needn’t go far to see the disastrous consequences of the food safety crisis. Not only are people’s health and lives directly threatened, but tremendous amounts of resources are wasted. The thousands of tons of milk powder burned to ashes is a case in point. Furthermore, an atmosphere of dishonesty and disbelief will permeate the entire society, which will not only hinder the development of economy but will ruin the nation spiritually.
Therefore, it is high time that pertinent laws and regulations were worked out and rigidly enforced to crack down on any production and circulation of substandard food products. Meanwhile, inactive and incompetent civil servants should be immediately purged from the team of food safety supervision and administration. Only with these measures taken can we expect a bright future of this nation.
Nowadays, unsafe foods can be found, now and then, in the market, which has aroused a lot of public
attention。 It is reported that these foodstuff ranges from substandard milk powder, dyed steamed buns to pork with
lean meat powder。
Fake modities are harmful in many ways。 To begin with, it is a waste of resource, especially in our
country。 Second, it has bad effect on the reputation of the real manufacturers and brings about moral Crisis。
Above all, all that matters is food。 People's health and lives are severely threatened if someone buys some unsafe
foodstuff。
Measures should be taken to deal with the problem。 On the one hand, strict laws should be passed to punish
the producers and the sellers。 On the other hand, consumers should be told to distinguish the genuine goods
from the false ones。 At the same time, the government should strengthen the supervision of all aspects of food。
I firmly believe this problem will be solved in the near future。
Over the past couple of years, several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various media。The problem of food security has bee a hot button across society。
The prevalence of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health, which the government could not afford to ignore, according to the online edition of the People Daily。
There are a couple of driving forces, I would argue, behind this undesirable tide。 First, in the course of the rapid economic evolution, we ignore moral education, giving rise to the rising rate of the problem。 More importantly, the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend。
As Confucius instructed, it is better late than never。 Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend。 The government should launch a massive moral campaign to educate all citizens and draw up tougher laws to crack down on those irresponsible corporations and prohibit them from entering the food industry again。I am firmly convinced that through our bined efforts we are bound to enjoy more risk-free foods in the days ahead。
the chinese government will deal with any confirmed food safety cases in a responsible manner and in accordance with laws, a parliament spokesman said in beijing on tuesday。
"there are indeed very few panies in china which neglect our country's laws, regulations and standards, dodge quarantine and tests, and have their unqualified products smuggled into foreign markets via illegal channels," said jiang enzhu, spokesman for the first session of the 11th national people's congress (npc), at a press conference。
our government will intensify its efforts to crack down on such illegal activities and prevent any under-quality food from being exported
