a beloved american tradition, thanksgiving day offers us the opportunity to focus our thoughts on the grace that has been extended to our people and our country. this spirit brought together the newly arrived pilgrims and the wampanoag tribe -- who had been living and thriving around plymouth, massachusetts for thousands of years -- in an autumn harvest feast centuries ago. this thanksgiving day, we reflect on the compassion and contributions of native americans, whose skill in agriculture helped the early colonists survive, and whose rich culture continues to add to our nation's heritage. we also pause our normal pursuits on this day and join in a spirit of fellowship and gratitude for the year's bounties and blessings.
thanksgiving day is a time each year, dating back to our founding, when we lay aside the troubles and disagreements of the day and bow our heads in humble recognition of the providence bestowed upon our nation. amidst the uncertainty of a fledgling experiment in democracy, president george washington declared the first thanksgiving in america, recounting the blessings of tranquility, union, and plenty that shined upon our young country. in the dark days of the civil war when the fate of our union was in doubt, president abraham lincoln proclaimed a thanksgiving day, calling for "the almighty hand" to heal and restore our nation.
in confronting the challenges of our day, we must draw strength from the resolve of previous generations who faced their own struggles and take comfort in knowing a brighter day has always dawned on our great land. as we stand at the close of one year and look to the promise of the next, we lift up our hearts in gratitude to god for our many blessings, for one another, and for our nation. this thanksgiving day, we remember that the freedoms and security we enjoy as americans are protected by the brave men and women of the united states armed forces. these patriots are willing to lay down their lives in our defense, and they and their families deserve our profound gratitude for their service and sacrifice.
this harvest season, we are also reminded of those experiencing the pangs of hunger or the hardship of economic insecurity. let us return the kindness and generosity we have seen throughout the year by helping our fellow citizens weather the storms of our day.
as americans gather for the time-honored thanksgiving day meal, let us rejoice in the abundance that graces our tables, in the simple gifts that mark our days, in the loved ones who enrich our lives, and in the gifts of a gracious god. let us recall that our forebears met their challenges with hope and an unfailing spirit, and let us resolve to do the same.

For us, like so many of you, this is a day full of family and friends; food and football. It’s a day to fight the overwhelming urge to take a nap – at least until after dinner. But most of all, it’s a time to give thanks for each other, and for the incredible bounty we enjoy.

Today we give thanks for blessings that are all too rare in this world. Right now, as we prepare to gather around our dinner tables, there are families in the northeast who don’t have that luxury. Many of them have lost everything to Hurricane Sandy – homes, possessions, even loved ones. And it will be a long time before life goes back to normal.

Buses full of volunteers coming from hundreds of miles away. Neighbors sharing whatever they have – food, water, electricity – and saying again and again how lucky they are to have a roof over their heads.

It would have been easy for these folks to do nothing – to worry about themselves and leave the rest to someone else. But that’s not who we are. That’s not what we do.

As Americans, we are a bold, generous, big-hearted people. One of our Nation’s oldest and most cherished traditions, Thanksgiving Day brings us closer to our loved ones and invites us to reflect on the blessings that enrich our lives. The observance recalls the celebration of an autumn harvest centuries ago, when the Wampanoag tribe joined the Pilgrims at Plymouth Colony to share in the fruits of a bountiful season. The feast honored the Wampanoag for generously extending their knowledge of local game and agriculture to the Pilgrims, and today we renew our gratitude to all American Indians and Alaska Natives. We take this time to remember the ways that the First Americans have enriched our Nation’s heritage, from their generosity centuries ago to the everyday contributions they make to all facets of American life. As we come together with friends, family, and neighbors to celebrate, let us set aside our daily concerns and give thanks for the providence bestowed upon us.

This spirit brought together the newly arrived Pilgrims and the Wampanoag tribe -- who had been living and thriving around Plymouth, Massachusetts for thousands of years -- in an autumn harvest feast centuries ago. This Thanksgiving Day, we reflect on the compassion and contributions of Native Americans, whose skill in agriculture helped the early colonists survive, and whose rich culture continues to add to our Nation's heritage. We also pause our normal pursuits on this day and join in a spirit of fellowship and gratitude for the year's bounties and blessings.
Thanksgiving Day is a time each year, dating back to our founding, when we lay aside the troubles and disagreements of the day and bow our heads in humble recognition of the providence bestowed upon our Nation. Amidst the uncertainty of a fledgling experiment in democracy, President George Washington declared the first Thanksgiving in America, recounting the blessings of tranquility, union, and plenty that shined upon our young country. In the dark days of the Civil War when the fate of our Union was in doubt, President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a Thanksgiving Day, calling for "the Almighty hand" to heal and restore our Nation.
In confronting the challenges of our day, we must draw strength from the resolve of previous generations who faced their own struggles and take comfort in knowing a brighter day has always dawned on our great land. As we stand at the close of one year and look to the promise of the next, we lift up our hearts in gratitude to God for our many blessings, for one another, and for our Nation. This Thanksgiving Day, we remember that the freedoms and security we enjoy as Americans are protected by the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces. These patriots are willing to lay down their lives in our defense, and they and their families deserve our profound gratitude for their service and sacrifice.
This harvest season, we are also reminded of those experiencing the pangs of hunger or the hardship of economic insecurity. Let us return the kindness and generosity we have seen throughout the year by helping our fellow citizens weather the storms of our day.
As Americans gather for the time-honored Thanksgiving Day meal, let us rejoice in the abundance that graces our tables, in the simple gifts that mark our days, in the loved ones who enrich our lives, and in the gifts of a gracious God. Let us recall that our forebears met their challenges with hope and an unfailing spirit, and let us resolve to do the same.

母爱如水，温婉流露，滋润我们的心田。炎热时，她清凉我们烦躁的心，严寒时，她温暖我们受冻的双手，母亲，是最懂我们的人，母亲知道我们的口味喜酸还是喜甜，母亲明白我们内心的委屈，母亲分享我们幼稚的快乐，母亲对我们知道的太多太多，而我们对母亲的了解却太少太少，因为她们总是牺牲自己的时间来成全我们，或许她们认为这是她们的义务，就像那位用双手托举生命的最美妈妈，她说，这是母亲的本能，但这更是母爱的伟大。如果滴水之恩，当以涌泉相报，那么母爱便如海洋，我们何以回报？感恩母亲，不是一支只在感恩节送出的康乃馨，感恩母亲，是多花些时间陪在她的身边。感恩母亲，是挽着母亲的手，听她讲过去的故事，感恩母亲，是不断的完善自己，让她感到自豪，感恩母亲，是我们成为一个大写的人，这是母爱，价值的终极体现。

one of our nation’s oldest and most cherished traditions, thanksgiving day brings us closer to our loved ones and invites us to reflect on the blessings that enrich our lives. the observance recalls the celebration of an autumn harvest centuries ago, when the wampanoag tribe joined the pilgrims at plymouth colony to share in the fruits of a bountiful season. the feast honored the wampanoag for generously extending their knowledge of local game and agriculture to the pilgrims, and today we renew our gratitude to all american indians and alaska natives. we take this time to remember the ways that the first americans have enriched our nation’s heritage, from their generosity centuries ago to the everyday contributions they make to all facets of american life. as we come together with friends, family, and neighbors to celebrate, let us set aside our daily concerns and give thanks for the providence bestowed upon us.

今天我讲话的题目是：《感恩与责任同行》。
每年11月的最后一个星期四就是“感恩节”，再过三天就是感恩节了。“感恩”节我们
倡导的主题是学会感恩与承担责任。
“感恩”顾名思义，就是感谢、颂扬在过去帮助过自己的人，并且尽自己的可能去帮助需要帮助的人。感恩是一种美德，是一种生活，只有会感恩的人才能承担责任。我们静下心来仔细想想，生活中值得我们感恩的人、事、物还真的不少。
首先，我们要感恩时代。同过去相比，我们的物质生活可以说是极大地丰富了，我们要感念时代的赐予，珍惜现在的拥有，增强奉献意识和社会责任意识，懂得回报社会。
我们要感恩团队。感恩集体中的每一个人给予自己的关心、帮助和支持，珍惜团体共有的每一份荣誉和成功。
我们要感恩父母。感念父母对我们生命的赐予，感谢父母的无私付出和美育之恩，对父母长辈多一份体贴、多一份关怀、多一句问候，尽孝心、重人伦、报亲情。
我们要感恩老师。感谢老师对我们的启迪和成长的帮助，感念老师的辛勤付出和教诲。
同学们，如果你心存感恩，当你因没有履行学生的职责而受到老师的批评时，就会虚心接受，因为你知道，老师是真心帮助你;如果你心存感恩，放学时肚子再饿也不会在校外小店铺逗留，因为你知道，要按时回家，家人在焦急地等你;如果你心存感恩，当同学间有了矛盾，哪怕你再委屈，也会用正确的方法去化解，而不是大打出手，因为你知道，同学不是敌人，要珍惜这份友情;如果你心存感恩，当你要钻纪律的窗子时，就会自觉约束自己的不良行为，因为你知道，集体的荣誉要靠每个成员来维护。
有人说：我们要感激父母的养育之恩，感激老师的教导之情，感激朋友的帮助之意，感激校园里的一草一木、一桌一椅，感激食物、水和空气，感激我们身上的衣裳，感激孕育这一切的宇宙万物，感激创造这一切的劳动者!
感恩是一种情感，感恩是一种责任。一个人，不管他的起点与终点相距多远，只要他能怀有一颗感恩的心并珍惜它，就一定能成为一个不断进步的人，一个能拥有亲情、友情的人，一个生活快乐、幸福的人。
同学们，请用行动表示我们的感激之情吧!为父母留下一个真心的微笑，为老师留下一点休息的时间，为朋友留下一双支持的友谊之手，为我们自己留下一颗感恩的心。

学会“感恩”，对于现在的孩子来说尤其重要。当今社会孩子成为了每个家庭的中心，孩子的全面发展成了家长们关心的焦点。但在实际生活中，很多家长却忽视了孩子的心理上的健康。作为幼儿教师，我们不仅要给孩子传授各种知识和学习的方法，教会他们日常生活的自理能力，关心他们的健康成长。我们还应该把对孩子进行感恩教育当成自己光荣的使命和职责，要通过我们辛勤的劳动，使孩子们都拥有一颗感恩的心，培养成为一个心理健康的人。比如我们从最简单的方面引导幼儿知道如何去感恩。学会使用礼貌用语，如需要别的小朋友帮助时，应该先说声“请”;在接受了别的小朋友的帮助时，应该对别人说“谢谢”;不小心弄坏了别人的东西时，应该及时和别人说“对不起”。在一日的活动，看到幼儿有一点善意的行为，马上给予表扬和鼓励。如我们发现有小朋友主动捡起了地上的积木，我们应该对他说：“谢谢你!你帮小朋友捡积木，你真有爱心!” 一声谢谢，给了他们是心理的满足和温暖，也提示其他的小朋友向他学习。
幼儿的心地就是一亩良田，种什么种子，开什么花，结什么果。只有种下善良的种子，通过我们大家每天辛勤地去浇灌、管理，才能长出好的果实。我们应该用用爱来回报这个世界，应该去帮助更多的人，让他们感到温暖和力量,让世界充满爱。只有这样，才能让孩子以平等的眼光看待每一个生命，尊重每一份平凡而普通的劳动，让孩子知道，只有尊重别人才是尊重自己。
感恩是每个人都应该具有的基本道德准则，也是做人最基本的修养。“
进行感恩教育，必须将它与爱心教育、礼貌教育结合起来，三者缺一不可。而对孩子进行教育，必须与他们的生活实际相联系，具体来说，我们可以从以下几方面入手。 日常生活中，同事、亲戚朋友及其子女、甚至陌生人也是孩子交往的对象。家长在待人接物时的言行举止都影响着孩子。家长要鼓励孩子有礼貌地与人交往，对其友好、帮助、关爱表示感谢，给别人添了麻烦时，要表示道歉等等。再如，医院里给孩子看病的医生、给孩子打针的护士，经常看到的交警，马路上的清洁工，还有在外吃饭时的服务员，在商场里买东西时打交道的销售人员等等，虽然他们都是陌生人，但是，也应该让孩子认识到他们工作的重要性，并让孩子学会运用常用的礼貌用语。对于孩子不礼貌的行为，家长应及时纠正。在这种情况下，进行随机教育，效果最好。由此可见，感恩教育就蕴藏在生活中，就蕴藏在生活中点点滴滴的小事里。关键是，我们家长要做个有心人，从自身做起，抓住教育契机，以榜样的力量影响孩子。
现在的普遍现象是孩子是家中的“霸王”一家人围着孩子，所以孩子们不懂得用感恩的心去对待父母，对待老师，对待身边的人。下雪了，年老的奶奶蹲在地上给孩子换鞋，而孩子却心安理得，竟没有一声“谢谢“;孩子大小便在身上了，老师毫无怨言地帮孩子换上干净的衣服，孩子却认为理所当然，没有任何表示;孩子的生日到了，幼儿园为小朋友准备了生日蛋糕，老师和小朋友一起为她唱生日歌是，孩子高兴地接受着这一切，而没有想到要感谢妈妈的养育……从以上事例不难看出，有些孩子对家长、老师的爱，熟视无睹，这是幼儿缺乏感受爱的能力。因此我们有必要开展感恩教育。我们应该以身作则让孩子在我们的身上懂得“感恩”学会“感恩”。记得在大班的毕业典礼，老师舍不得孩子而伤心的流下眼泪，有的孩子会抱着老师哭的泪流满面，而有的孩子看见老师哭，同学哭却笑得手舞足蹈，我们可以理解为前者的孩子懂事;后者的孩子小、不懂事、不理解。其实这不就是孩子们是否懂得感恩吗?为了孩子良好的身心发展，我们都应该从自己做起，在孩子幼小的心里播种下善良的种子，让孩子在心底里自然产生对父母的感恩之情，对社会的感恩之情。也让孩子在生活中学会感谢父母的生养恩德，例如：让孩子为辛苦了一天的父母捶捶背，帮口渴的爸爸、妈妈倒杯水，为劳累的父母递一条毛巾......让我们的孩子学会感恩，懂得感恩吧!只有尊重别人，别人才会尊重你!!!!

有个年轻人，大学毕业后到一家条件非常好的合资企业应聘。招聘的考官问他的问题是：请问你给你母亲洗过脚吗?年轻人回答：没有。考官便说：那我希望你下个礼拜再来面试，但有个条件，回去做一做。年轻人回到家里，把面试的全过程详详细细地告诉了他的母亲。母亲为了能让孩子进入条件这样好的企业工作，成全了儿子的愿望，把自己的双腿伸进了儿子第一次给他端来洗脚水的脚盆里。当年轻人第一次摸到母亲那双象棒槌一样细细的腿时，眼泪忍不住流了下来他想起：自己的大学学业不就是靠着母亲这样一双细细的棒槌一样的腿四处奔走，为人打工、赚钱完成的.吗?他又想起：每到月初，自己就在那儿心安理得地等妈妈寄钱来，却从未想过妈妈筹钱这么困难!从此，他每天都要给母亲洗脚。一个礼拜后他去面试，那位考官问他：回去做了没有?他点点头：做了，考官又问：你对我们公司这么要求你，还愿意来吗?年轻人说：公司能不能录用我，已经不是最重要的了，最重要的是我学到了大学里没有学到的，做人的，根本道理感恩。
这个故事，是我在查阅书籍时看到的。可以说，当时深深震撼了我!直到现在每每想起，都会触动我埋藏在心底里的那根弦。有恩有爱，是人类生活中最灿烂，最绚丽的文明之花。滴水之恩，涌泉相报，是人类广为传诵的美德。感恩是人之常情，事之长理，懂得感恩也是做人的基本条件之一。不会感恩，从某种角度讲，就是对人类神圣感情的亵渎。
同学们，我想，一个懂得感恩的人，就会发现世界是多么美好;一个懂得感恩的人，就会拥有一种平和的心态;一个懂得感恩的人，就会快乐地工作学习和生活。其实，在现实生活中，令我们感动的事情实在是太多太多，它体现在生活的每一个细节中。让我们怀着一颗感恩的心，用平实的话语和实际行动表达发自内心的谢意：感谢父母给了我们生命，让我们享受到了人世间的亲情和幸福;感谢老师的谆谆教诲，让我们尝到了学习知识的快乐;感谢同学们真诚的关心和帮助;感谢社会上所有关心，爱护我们的人。生活中，感恩无边，一句话语，一个行动，一点情怀，都能表达和解释感谢的真谛;感恩无痕，一份努力，一点进步都能传达一份真情与心愿。学会感恩，享受感恩，让我们的生活永远充满关怀，充满真情，充满温馨!
