The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.
China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.
今天，我和爸爸、妈妈高高兴兴地回老家过春节。
我刚到老家，就发现门上已贴上了新的春联，我高兴地去找弟弟放炮。我拿了一个足球炮，它圆圆的、绿绿的，外壳是层薄薄的塑料，很环保。我小心翼翼地把炮放在了台阶上，弟弟帮我把引火的小木棍拿来，我慢慢地把木棍对准炮，只听见“嘭”的一声爆炸了，这个足球炮可真响呀！
我们吃过年夜饭就一起看联欢晚会，有小品、相声、歌舞……
好看极了！
今年春节大家团团圆圆过得很高兴，我祝愿每个人每天都象过春节一样开心、快乐！
Today, I went back to my hometown for the Spring Festival happily with my father and mother.
As soon as I got to my hometown, I found a new spring couplet on the door, and I was happy to find my brother. I took a football cannon. It was round and green, with a thin layer of plastic and very green. I carefully put the gun on the steps, the younger brother help me to bring the flash sticks, I slowly put a stick on the gun, only heard the "bang" a loud explosion, this gun is football really loud!
We watched the gala dinner together after the New Year's eve dinner. There were sketches, crosstalk, singing and dancing...
It looks great!
This year, we have a very happy reunion. I wish everyone a happy and happy New Year!
When I stood on the edge of a year,I can not help thinking about my plan for Spring Festival. First and foremost,I will set off firecrackers,past Spring couplets and go shopping with my parents.Though these are common thing,I think it is worthwhile to do so ever since I leave home to Xiamen University.And then I will light candles into many rows on the roof and balcony together with my family on New Years Eve.It is a very important custom in local and looks beautiful as well as grand from a distance.
What’s more,I will watch the CCTV new Year’s Gala completely that I used to hate to see such a long program.I will pay a visit to some relatives who I did not have chances to see last year because of the college entrance examination.
I will meet some high school classmates and tell them some of my experiences that I get in university. I am looking forward to the arrival of the Spring Festival.
The Spring Festival comes after New Year's Day.It's usually in January or February.It's the Chinese New Year's Day.
The Spring Festival is the biggest festival in China.All of the Chinese like this festival.When it comes,people are busy.They usually do some cleaning,go to the stores to buy some new clothes and a lot of meat,vegetables and fruit.
On the eve of the festival,everyone in the family comes back home from other places.They get together and have a big supper .They eat dumplings,New Year's cake and some other delicious food in their houses.Some people like New Year's cake,but more people think dumplings are the most delicious food of all.Some families have a party.
They sing,dance and have a good time.I like this festival very much because I can play with my friends and I can get "red envelopes".

春节是中国的节日，所有的中国人都喜欢这个节日。当它来临的时候，人们都很忙，他们通常通过清洁、去商店去买些新衣服和大量的肉类、蔬菜和水果。
在中秋节前夕，家里的每个人都从别的地方回家，他们聚在一起吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐，他们在家里吃饺子、新年蛋糕和其他美味的食物，有些人喜欢吃新年蛋糕，但更多的人认为饺子是最美味的食物。
我很喜欢这个节日，因为我可以和我的朋友一起玩，我可以收到红包。
